Main Responsibilities:
- Present and sell merchandise consistent with our brand by interacting and providing suggestions to customers.
- Provide merchandising suggestions to management for improving sales.
- Build a personal client book.
- Learn and troubleshoot the point-of-sale software system.
- Perform routine register transactions, inventory receiving, transfers, and opening/closing procedures.
- Share product knowledge with customers, providing recommendations and professional service.
- Participate in meetings to exceed sales and service goals set by store management.
- Safeguard store assets, maintain inventory integrity, and prevent shrinkage.
- Assist with cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and proficient communication skills (oral and written).
- Able to multitask, work independently, and take initiative when needed.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or direction.
- Flexible and able to problem-solve effectively.
What We Offer:
- $19.00-$21.00/hour based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
