What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Peer Navigator position at Southern Tier AIDS Program Inc?
Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. is seeking a Housing Peer Navigator in our Binghamton office. This position provides confidential supportive housing services to high-need Medicaid beneficiaries living with HIV/AIDS as well as other chronic conditions, who are homeless, unstably housed or at high-risk of becoming homeless in order to promote housing stability and improved medical outcomes.
Salary:
- $17/hour working 35-hours per week, may vary depending upon experience
