Responsibilities

- Provide detailed explanations of automotive services and repairs, ensuring customers understand the work being performed.
- Collaborate with technicians to align on service recommendations and repair timelines.
- Manage service appointments, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of all services rendered.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, including diesel engine repair and brake repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or auto service management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes and terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in cash handling is required; ability to suspend transactions when necessary is a plus.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair and brake repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
