Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and wiring.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support repairs or upgrades.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues with systems.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
- Weld components when necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in welding techniques and fabrication skills.
- Experience with residential painting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
