We’re looking for a talented, experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!
Hourly Office Position with growth potential- Pay starting at $17.00/hr depending on experience
Minimum requirements:
- Experience calling clients
- Experience following-up with and nurturing clients
- Proven success in lead generation with measurable outcomes
- comfortable making calls and handling objections
- Able to track and follow leads
- type 50 WPM
- proficient in Microsoft programs and Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar)
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who does not have a currently active Florida real-estate license, but may have some knowledge of or interest in the field.

What will you do? – Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend training and role play scripts.
- Nurture and follow-up with leads.
- Convert leads to appointments and signed clients.

Schedule
Work from office four hours a day, Monday-Friday
20 hours per week minimum (25 hour a week maximum)
