Operations Personnel

Description: This position plays a key role in the day to day operation of our company. Duties to include but not limited to:

• Administrative work to include inventory and maintaining maintenance logs on both Southern Way Equipment and Vehicles. Logs will be routinely updated first of every week, so that all information is current.
• Maintaining logs for check out/check in system for all Southern Way assets kept in the warehouse. This will progress as we implement the system over time.
• Weekly errands as assigned by management to include: alcohol pickups, vehicle maintenance at mechanic, picking up shop supplies, etc.
• Venue cleaning and setups as requested by management
• Assisting in loading/unloading vehicles and cleaning wash pit
• Assisting in overall facility cleanliness
• Any additional duties as requested by manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to walk/stand for significant amount of time
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, non-air-conditioned environments
• Must be able to regularly and repetitively bend, carry, climb, grasp, kneel, lift, pull, push, reach sit, and twist
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 25lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
