Compliance Specialist
The Compliance Specialist ensures company-wide adherence to relevant standards and regulations. This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to prevent non-conformities, conducting on-site audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams under the direction of the Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and occasionally lead compliance and inventory audits at branch locations.
Identify potential compliance concerns and recommend preventive and corrective actions to the Compliance Manager.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor compliance and performance.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on compliance training and improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present compliance reports and KPI data to leadership.
Establish and refine processes and procedures to enhance company-wide compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of inventory processes.
Auditing experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (infrequent).
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Ability to conduct audits in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
