Industrial Equipment Repair Technician-Packaging/MRO

Are you looking for an opportunity that opens doors to learning new areas and growth within a Company?  If so, we are looking for you to join our exceptional team as an Industrial Equipment Repair Technician/Account Manager.  What You Will Be Doing:  •    Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts in building strong relationships across all areas of each customer account.•    Sales Growth: Identify and execute strategies to grow sales, coordinating efforts with Sales Team.•    Value Creation: Quantify and deliver value creation for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.•    Prospecting: Seek new opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new accounts to drive sales growth.•    Provide customers with equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance service.•    Assist or coordinate/supervise customer personnel in equipment installation and train customers in equipment operation, maintenance. •    Analyzes packaging quality and production problems to determine if equipment, material, or product related.•    Advise customers in establishing preventative maintenance programs and spare parts requirements.•    Enhance customer relations with regular calls, equipment audits, securing parts, and advice on packaging techniques per the territory business plan.•    Assists sales in supporting new products and opportunities.•    Supporting sales and marketing with timely completion of all administrative reports. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have: •    High School Diploma: BA/BS Degree preferred•    3 years of High level of mechanical and troubleshooting expertise•    Valid Driver’s License•    Ability to Travel overnight •    Self-sufficient and self-disciplined with a very positive attitude•    Excellent mechanical skills and use of tools including voltmeter.•    Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop existing business.•    Packaging experience is a plus•    Read and understand technical drawings and troubleshooting charts•    Strong organization skills and detail-oriented•    Ability to work with customers to solve problems•    Ability to prioritize daily tasks•    Accomplished computer skills and MS Office knowledge•    Occasional overnight traveling (meetings, training, service coverage)•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish is a plus)•    Good driving record WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT HERE: •    Competitive base salary and commission•    Our collaborative family culture•    Opportunities for career growth•    Competitive benefits package, including: Health, Dental and Vision•    Opportunity to enroll in 401k program Notice: Offer for this position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
