Senior Recruiter
SouthernCarlson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. Your expertise in creative candidate sourcing, relationship management, and contract negotiation will be crucial in attracting top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for matching great candidates with the right roles.
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR management to understand and execute the organization’s talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, skills and competencies required, and company culture to ensure successful placements.
Source, attract, and hire top talent through various channels for positions in locations across the country,
Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants in all levels of roles within sales, management, administration, repair service, and field operations.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role with a minimum of five years within those roles.
