If so, we want you to join our exceptional team as a Training Specialist at SouthernCarlson!   What You'll Be Doing: Manage and maintain SouthernCarlson Academy, our Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with departments to identify and address training needs. Develop engaging training content using Canva, Camtasia, and Litmos. Analyze user engagement reports to enhance training effectiveness. Provide user support, including troubleshooting and credential resets, in a timely manner. Organize and coordinate in-person training sessions as needed.   What Makes You a Great Fit: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
