We are looking for a full-time employee to join our family. The position we are hiring for is that of a skilled Automotive Upholstery Technician in our growing shop in the Flowery Branch area! Previous experience repairing antique and classic cars is a plus. Experience with electrical wiring is a major plus. It's important that you are a self-starter and can work without constant supervision or under little supervision and take direction. You will be given opportunities over time to grow within the company through advancements, raises, and bonuses.

We are looking for an employee that will show initiative and willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road. We are willing to train and are really looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Dedication to customer satisfaction is a must. You MUST have a great attitude - the rest we can train. If you have a bad attitude, please do not waste your time applying! This is a position that will work five days a week – Monday through Friday.

Southfield Classics EV manufacturing is a high-end classic car manufacturing facility using newly developed technology located in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The company elevates the classic vehicle experience by manufacturing vintage vehicles with electric drive components. Originally heralded as a specialty restoration shop, it is growing into a completely new vehicle production facility. Southfield Classics EV produces newly manufactured “restomods” where vintage vehicles are upgraded with modern parts, drivetrains, and technology making them functionally new while maintaining an original or vintage aesthetic. The company is pioneering a custom classic vehicle complete with an electric drive in an assembly line process. Ensuring a high level of quality control, with a known price, and significantly decreased build time. We have a talented team of employees and an exemplary facility where we are continuing to add additional production lines and new vehicle offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Sewing on industrial machine: 2 years (Required)
• Automobile Upholstery Fabrication: 2 years (Required)
