The Creative Team Coordinator's purpose is to coordinate the daily details of the team’s logistical needs. They operate in an administrative role that helps to facilitate the daily functions and operations of the creative team. The coordinator’s goal is to provide support and organization.
Essential Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee Creative Team Project Process.
- Leverage Asana software to organize and assist Creative team members.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes to coordinate and delegate tasks of each creative team member.
- Procure props, costumes, etc. for video shoots.
- Find/purchase/create props as needed for weekend teaching team.
- Prepare requisitions and manage reconciliation of monthly credit card statement.
- Assist in managing the Creative Team budget.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors used to assist in projects.
- Oversee ordering of products for the Creative Team.
- Manage Southland’s copyright process.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
