Certified Peer Support Specialist Peer Bridger - Wake Med Join a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & Authenticity! As our Certified Peer Support Specialist Peer Bridger, you will provide individualized, strengths focused community-based interactions with assigned caseload for the purpose of promoting the development of wellness self-management, personal recovery, natural supports, coping skills, and self-advocacy skills and development of independent living skills for housing, employment, and full community inclusion. The Wake Med Peer Bridger is embedded in WakeMed from 9am - 1pm, then goes into the community with clients discharged from WakeMed to help them get to their first outpatient appointments. Pay Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Schedule Full-time, Monday - Friday. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing.
