Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support to students in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure the health and safety of all students in the classroom
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences
Skills:
- First aid certification
- Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and curriculum development
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check!
Must be reliable and have reliable transportation!
Must be familiar with safe sleep practices!

Qualifications

- First Aid Certification required
