We are a Christ-centered school that partners with families to provide a rigorous academic experience in a nurturing environment, equipping each student to embrace God’s unique plan for life.

Southside Christian School was initially established as a preschool in 1994 and has since grown into a thriving preschool-8th grade body numbering over 220 students. We are a missional school, serving students (and their families) from all faith backgrounds, including those who are not yet believers. We unapologetically provide a Bible-based, rigorous, educational experience. In 2015, SCS added a special education program, expanding the diversity of our student body. It is the only special education program available at a Christian school in the Spokane region.

SCS is seeking a teacher who is a follower of Jesus Christ, a strong servant-leader and has a passion for Christian education.

  • Children must be given opportunities and instruction to develop appreciation of and abilities in areas such as art, music, and language.
