Skills
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), balance sheet and income statement methods, internal controls, and other areas related to financial reporting requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance level Excel – Pivot Tables, V- Lookups and Filters).
Candidates must have the ability to analyze and solve accounting / financial problems; adapt to changing organizational and operational needs and work collaboratively with all departments, management levels within the company.
Candidates must also be very organized with the ability to prioritize and pay special attention to details!
Responsibilities
Month-End Close, G / L analysis and reconciliations
Assist with the day-to-day accounting operation activities and month end processes.
Help maintain responsibilities for the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.
Provide financial reporting, revenue reporting, and analysis.
AP processing ensuring timely payment processing and reconciling AP accounts
AR processing ensuring accurate application of received payments
Education& Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, industry accounting or consulting services industry.
Accounting experience should include Month-end close, G / L analysis and financial reporting.
Candidates must have a strong ability to communicate (verbal / written) with all levels of management within the organization to meet performance expectations. Candidates must have solid accounting skills experiences.
Required experience / expertise :
Excel PivotTables, V-Lookups : 3 years
QuickBooks Expertise Required
GAAP : 3 years
Accounting : 3 years
