What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at SOUTHTOWNE ORTHOPEDICS?
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be essential in providing administrative support within a small medical office setting. Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include running our front end, answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, ordering coffee supplies, filing, handling medical record requests, preparing medical charts for our clinics, taking payments from patients, copying and preparing surgery packets for the Medical Assistants.
Most importantly, I need someone who is great at multitasking. Must be detail oriented and organized. Experience in this field would be great, but it is not a must for me. The ability to speak Spanish would be a great help. We are willing to train the right person! This position is full time with great insurance benefits.
