The Painter will be responsible for traveling to multiple nursing home facilities in the Buffalo area to paint and touch up various areas within the buildings. The role of the Painter is essential in maintaining a welcoming and homely atmosphere for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and touch-up tasks.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, and sanding as needed.
- Apply paint and other finishes to a high standard, ensuring a professional and attractive appearance.
- Select appropriate paint and materials for each project, taking into consideration factors such as color, texture, and durability.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on painting equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with facility managers and staff to schedule painting projects with minimal disruption to residents and daily operations.

Qualifications:
