What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Manager position at Southwark Restaurant?
Small fine dining restaurant hiring for a manager position. We have two restaurants Southwark and Ambra that run out of the same kitchen. We serve both an a la carte menu as well as a tasting menu. We strive to provide fine dining service with a casual and easy approach. This is a hands-on position that will require being on the floor during service and office work during the day. The restaurant is open for dinner only. Must be well versed in the details of fine dining, comfortable teaching steps of service and managing a team. Beverage knowledge is a must with emphasis on wine and cocktails. Closed Sun/Mon.
