Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all guests by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Train, develop and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and achieve financial goals.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, food and beverage cost control, and ordering procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and special events.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in restaurant management, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and liquor laws.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
