- Guide candidates through their journey from application to onboarding
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and nurture talent partnerships
- Expertly manage various leave programs while ensuring legal compliance
- Support performance management initiatives that foster growth
- Create and maintain vital HR documentation and resources
- Handle employee relations with care and confidentiality
- Minimum of 4 years as an HR Generalist with full-cycle talent acquisition expertise
- Proficiency with UKG systems and Microsoft Office suite a must
- Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA and ADA
- Bachelor's degree required
- Occasional travel to corporate offices and out of state locations
