This is a full time, 12 month position and is eligible for full benefits.
Purpose
Provides a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties to support the district, Technology Department and the Director of Technology.
Qualifications
Requires 2-3 years' experience with office management or as an educational Administrative Assistant. Experience with customer service, project management and small team management is required. Previous experience with addressing and responding to computer-related problems is preferred. Proven accounting experience is desired. Attention to detail, problem-solving, self-motivation, and good organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Effective communication skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and maintain positive relationships with students, staff and the public. Ability to take direction, initiative and dependability in carrying out assignments. Clerical skills, flexibility and confidentiality are required.
