SENIOR BEHAVIOR THERAPIST (RBT)
The Senior Behavior Therapist is an integral part of the SARRC team! In addition to providing ABA intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum, this position provides critical support, skill development and oversight of our team of Behavior Therapists and Lead Behavior Therapists.

- Passionate about providing direction and feedback to the client’s team, which includes behavior therapists, senior-level clinicians, and other critical members of the clinical team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology, or related field required
- RBT certification is required
- 1 year minimum of employment in a clinical environment on a full-time, part-time and/or work-study basis is required, including recent work with individuals with autism using PRT, DTT, PECS and other ABA methods
- Working toward a Master's degree and BCBA certification preferred
