Job Preview at a Glance:
Partners closely with all SBH programs to assist in understanding audit regulations and compliance expectations. Regularly collaborates, provides education, technical assistance and training on Quality Management activities. Develops resources to provide to SBH programs to assist with areas of concern and to aid in improvement. Provides data and feedback to educate the programs on current status and assists in brainstorming areas of opportunity.
Location & Schedule:
This position is a Monday- Friday, remote work from home position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise investigations staff, including training, direction of work, appraisal of productivity and efficiency, delivery of feedback and coaching, and disciplinary action, if required. Provides reports, summaries and documentation as needed.
- Provide quarterly debriefings to all SBH programs, develop robust agendas to include QM department activities/initiatives and provide consultative leadership and technical assistance to all SBH departments, as needed on quality management related matters;
- Develop cheat sheets, work flows and guidance docs to share with SBH programs to assist in uniformity, support and understanding of QM activities and expectations;
- Collect data from other teams within the QM department, creating quarterly data reports and data dashboards to share in various internal and external settings;
- Review QM data regularly and actively partner with programs to develop strategies for improvement;
- Responsible for internal and external Performance Improvement Plans, Corrective Action Plans, Notice to Cures and assists SB&H teams with action plan development when programs are not meeting audit and compliance standards and thresholds;
- Review evidence of action plans to ensure plan is being completed and being completed accurately;
- Work closely with all other teams within the QM department to gain feedback on areas of concern and devising strategies in assisting programs with a plan for improvement;
- Provide oversight to seclusion & restraint, internal & external grievances, complaints & investigations, including pre-investigations, pre-litigations and QM Risk Reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5 years of progressive related experience
