  SUMMARY

Performs meaningful work supporting the ministry of Southwest Church through the cultivation and curation of an engaging digital ministry presence. This role works in collaboration with other creative team members and supports the Communications Director in fulfilling the responsibilities placed upon the Communications Team by Southwest Church.

Key Responsibilities:

Print Shop Operations:

• Manage daily operations of the church’s print shop, including overseeing production schedules, maintaining print equipment, and ensuring high-quality output for church-wide print needs.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Communications Director, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing departmental files.

Volunteer Coordination:

• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers assisting with communication tasks and print shop operations..

Budget and Inventory Management:

• Monitor the print shop and communications budget, manage supply inventory, and coordinate with vendors for purchasing paper, toner, and other supplies.

Internal Communication Liaison:

• Act as a point of contact between the Communications Director and various ministries, ensuring requests and information flow smoothly.

Event Support:

• Assist with communication needs for church events, including creating promotional materials, setting up print stations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Database and Record Management:

• Maintain accurate records of communication projects, print shop requests, and event-related materials, ensuring accessibility and organization for future reference.
