• Guiding Star Birth & Wellness Centers, featuring new birthing suites, a coffee shop, and maternity boutique
• Her Care Connection, providing mobile ultrasound services and compassionate sidewalk outreach
• The Lily Pad Maternity Home, a safe haven for moms throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
• Coalition for Life Ministries, including 40 Days for Life vigils, public events, and a new 501(c)(4) advocacy initiative

Over the past decade, the Southwest Coalition has become a regional leader in effective pro-life advocacy and holistic women’s healthcare and support. Our purpose is to ensure no woman ever feels she has no choice but to alter, suppress, or destroy the normal, healthy functions of her natural body by walking alongside her with life-affirming healthcare, education, outreach, advocacy, and residency. What You’ll Do

As our President/Integrator/COO, you will be the operational backbone of our organization, partnering with our CEO and complementing his visionary leadership. You will ensure that every aspect of our mission-driven work operates smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, freeing our CEO to focus on his unique abilities to inspire and drive regional action.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing the Plan: Faithfully implement our business plan, achieving or exceeding KPI and P&L objectives
• Leadership Accountability: Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and leading leaders
• Organizational Integration: Harmonize all major operating functions, ensuring every team member is rowing in the same direction toward our greater mission. Bring a natural focus on internal operations to create order and ensure all divisions of the organization operate together like a well-oiled machine
• Translating Vision into Action: Break down the Visionary’s audacious ideas into a 10-year target, 3-year picture, 1-year goals, and quarterly rocks. Adapt plans with agility as circumstances change
• Effective Communication: Cascade key messages throughout the organization and maintain a high level of open, honest communication with the Visionary, the board, and the team. Build and maintain accountability infrastructures including meetings that ensure clarity and focus across all levels
• Operational Excellence: Oversee complex operations, including our women’s birth and medical centers, maternity home, mobile outreach, and activism programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Implement repeatable and scalable systems with meaningful policies that improve efficiency without slowing progress or innovation
• Building the Team: Recruit, develop, and optimize the leadership team, ensuring the right people are in the right seats to fulfill the mission. Lead leaders with humility and ensure the CEO can focus on his unique strengths
• Culture Stewardship: Cultivate company culture to appreciate organizational history and cultivate core values of Humble, Hungry, and Smart, with Heart
• Operational, Financial, & Marketing Integration: Oversee operations across multiple entities, including financial development, fundraising, budgets, medical billing, grants, state contracts, 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) compliance, and marketing for multiple brands and audiences
• Day-to-Day Management: Thrive on running the daily operations and take pride in ensuring "the trains run on time," resolving cross-functional issues, and ensuring organizational harmony
• Process Adherence: Champion adherence to core processes and systems, ensuring all functions align with the organization’s operating system and mission, and comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations

• Is Comfortable with Conflict: You’re not afraid of tough conversations or delivering difficult news, and you know how to bring healthy, constructive conflict to the table
• Lives for the Mission: You are deeply aligned with our pro-life, pro-woman, faith-based mission and want to use your skills to make a difference that lasts for generations
• Excels in Communication: You can translate big-picture vision into actionable steps and communicate them clearly to the team while ensuring operational updates flow seamlessly to the Visionary and the board
• Has Proven Experience: You bring a track record of success with at least 5 years of experience in operational leadership, team management, HR, and financial oversight in complex environments with multiple operations
• Understands Systems: You’re fluent in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) from the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman, and Patrick Lencioni’s principles of leadership and organizational health
• Is Faith-Filled: You are Catholic/Christian, comfortable working in a majority-Catholic and prayerful organization, and bilingual skills are a plus
