Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Licensed Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance
• Lead project teams, overseeing design and technical aspects, including detailed engineering design and calculations, report writing, permitting, and presentations to clients
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders
• Prepare reports and applications for municipal utility districts
• Attend board meetings for municipalities or water districts
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored/filed appropriately

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or B.S. in Environmental Engineering
• P.E. designation in Texas (or currently transferring your license)
• Five years of experience managing large-scale water resources projects
• Extensive knowledge of water/wastewater infrastructure design, including water wells, water plants, and lift stations
• Basic proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software
