Customer Service Representative

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This is a responsible position requiring the ability to interact with many diverse persons. Knowledge of program rules, excellent communication and problem solving skills are required, as well adept in data entry, computer usage and Class Register (CR) and Compliance Manager’s (CM) software. Duties are performed under the supervision of the DUI/Driving Program Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include the following plus any other as assigned.

• Enrollment of clients for multiple programs, while following proper procedures for each type of
• enrollment as required.
• Preparation of the classroom for classes and other related uses.
• Responsible for paperwork involved in client completion of class requirements and updating computer records and files of clients.
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports as required.
• Compile monthly online enrollments and e-mail client reminders.
• Change or add Evaluator’s appointments in Compliance Manager at Supervisor/Administrator’s request.
• Enter client’s treatment feedback and completion in the system.
• Answer telephones and other office duties.
• Assist unattended positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC TO WORKING IN A SATELLITE CAMPUS

• Responsible for collecting and appropriate deposits of monies collected.
• Responsible for preparation of daily enrollment reports and submission of daily paperwork in a timely
• Accurate manner.
• Responsible for the day to day operation of the satellite campus including maintaining adequate
• Supplies and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must be highly accurate, detail oriented, computer literate and organized.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bi-lingual desired, English, Spanish, and Creole.
• Clean criminal record and Background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
