We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finisher to join our team. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various types of heavy machinery. As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the completion of projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including graders, bulldozers, and loaders to complete finishing tasks on site.
- Perform horizontal drilling and other excavation activities as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Collaborate with team members to build and finish projects according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and transporting materials using tankers when required.
Skills
- Proficient with GPS Equipment.
- Experience in grader operation, bulldoze operation, and loader operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to perform horizontal drilling tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
