Southwest Greens is a full-service synthetic turf installation company. We specialize in the design & construction of custom synthetic home putting greens, synthetic lawns, pet turf, and synthetic grass playgrounds. We have expended our territory to include Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, & Illinois.
Job Description: Currently, we need Crew Leads and Lead Assistants.
- Jobs are in-town and out-of-town (with overnight stays).
- Lead or Assist with turf installation duties.
- Follow the directions of the supervisor as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
- May be called upon to run power tools & Bobcats.
- Dig, spread, and level construction material
- Lift, push, pull, carry, and hold materials, tools, and supplies over 50 lbs.

Planned Salary and Other Compensations:
Travel is required (One to two weeks at a time)
Hotel and transportation provided for out-of-town travel.
$45 is paid per day for meals when you are out of town.
Assistant Leads 22-27/hour
Crew Leads 27-35/hour
