What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Southwest Guidance Center?
Minimum Qualifications: The Office Manager shall have at least a high school education with training in vocational or academic areas related to business concerns. They shall have the ability to type/keyboard 60 wpm with accuracy. Job duties require the ability to interface with account software and proficient use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and 10-key as well as competent use of the Electronic Medical Record. The Office Manager shall have a minimum of two years of prior experience working within a business setting, preferably with supervisory responsibility over other staff.
Key Areas of Responsibility:In consultation with the Executive Director, assists in managing multiple aspects of SWGC including planning, budgeting, revenue/expense management, and recruiting, hiring and evaluation of clerical staff. The Office Manager is also responsible for the hire and supervision of bilingual support staff or interpreters as necessary to meet center needs.

Pay: $38,501.00 - $61,804.00 per year
