Job Title: Business Management Resource Specialist
Southwest Human Development is seeking a dedicated and efficient Business Management Resource Specialist for our Early Childhood Business Solutions (ECBS) program. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations, assist early care and education providers with business management technical training, and contribute to various marketing and data management tasks.
In this role, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound support calls and emails.
- Manage program databases, including adding new classes, updating training schedules, and maintaining participant lists.
- Prepare and distribute digital and print marketing materials, and maintain program website and social media accounts.
- Process attendee attendance and submit information for credit to the agency registry representative.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and organizations to coordinate professional development and shared training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the ECBS team, including preparing applications, coordinating travel, and ordering supplies.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and ensure cleanliness post-events.
- Translate documents from English to Spanish when requested and administer program software and hardware.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and participants.
- Attend and participate in various departmental and support staff meetings.
What it takes:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and management of databases.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Ability to lift 35-50 pounds, stoop, bend, squat, sit for extended periods, get up and down from the floor without assistance, and climb flights of stairs.
