What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sun Monitor position at Southwest Human Resource Agency?
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify site information and prepare site files before program launch.
- Reconcile meal counts weekly and address discrepancies with site supervisors.
- Schedule and conduct site visits to ensure compliance with program rules.
- Train site staff on program operations, including nondiscrimination policies.
- Conduct pre-operational visits for new and high-risk sites.
- Monitor new sites within the first four weeks to ensure smooth operation.
- Assess food service operations and provide corrective guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation of site visits.
- Communicate issues to the sponsor and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bookkeeping and organizational skills.
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided as needed).
Must pass a background check and drug test upon hire. Position requires travel to surrounding counties as needed.
Salary: $12.00 per hour
40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, Saturdays and Sundays as needed
