The staff works under the direction of the president and chief executive officer and with numerous community volunteers. The Membership Engagement CoordinatorServes as the first professional point of contact for the visitors of the facility as well as phone calls from the SWLA Chamber of Commerce members and community members. With the goals of the strategic plan, this will be a supporting position for the SWLA Chamber of Commerce to achieve the metrics of the goals.
Duties:
- Administrative support for the Member Services Team.
- Welcome guests, members and the public.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls.
- Member registration and payment calls.
- Member On-boarding, and managing the member campaigns.
- Schedule and execute of milestone events.
- Schedule and execution of Small Business of the Month/Year celebrations.
- Schedule meetings for Member Services sales team.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.99 - $15.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
