- Verify unemployment insurance claims and maintain official records.
- Prepare job postings, personnel reports, and offer letters.
- Assist and report directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Requirements:
- Two years of progressive experience in human resources and related clerical and administrative duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent word processing capability.
- Tact, above-average communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees and managers.
- Able to work in a demanding and flexible environment, conveying a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
