About Us:
Southwest Spas and Pools is a well-established hot tub and swim spa retailer with multiple locations. Along with sales, we provide service and repairs to our customers, as well as service and repairs on competitor products.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Southwest Spas and Pools, you will assist customers with inquiries about general service related questions, service and repair scheduling, delivery scheduling, and ordering. We are looking for someone eager to learn and eager for promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with general hot tub and swim spa service related questions
Scheduling deliveries and coordinating with crane companies.
Maintaining accurate service records.
Order hot tub accessories and assist with inventory management
Qualifications:
Friendly and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Experience with computer and smartphone use for software and apps.
Successful completion of a background check.
Prior experience in customer service is a “plus” but not required. Willing to train if the candidate is eager and a quick learner.
Compensation: Hourly Annual Bonus
Hours: Mon - Friday: 9am - 2pm
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
