Job Summary :
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and organized Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, driving sales, and building strategic partnerships with local businesses. The ideal candidate will excel in outbound sales, cold calling, and creating opportunities for affiliate and referral networks while assisting with in-store sales and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
Reach out to local businesses with similar customer bases to build affiliate or referral partnerships.
Host in-store networking events to introduce and build relationships with business partners and their teams.
Customer Relations & Sales :
Proactively call through our existing customer base to promote new offerings, including saunas, cold plunges, and automated cover lifts.
Assist walk-in customers by providing product knowledge and guidance to close high-ticket sales.
Handle inbound service-related calls and process service requests in a timely and organized manner.
Administrative and Marketing Support :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing content or campaigns (preferred but not required).
Qualifications :
Experience with B2B sales, outbound calling, and cold calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain client relationships.
Organized and structured, with experience managing leads and pipelines using a CRM.
Proficient in Excel and other basic office tools.
Bonus :
Marketing experience, including content creation and campaign management.
Past experience in high-ticket sales.
Experience with hot tubs, landscaping, pools or similar fields that share the same target customer.
