Clinical Director- Surgical Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee our perioperative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure top-quality care in a compliant and safe environment, set high expectations for clinical staff, and foster a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the efficiency of surgery center, ensuring productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting guidelines.
• Provide nursing expertise and supplement staffing as needed.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the Administrator.
• Maintain excellent relationships with physicians and manage various programs, including Pharmacy, Risk Management, Quality Improvement, and Clinical Recruitment/Retention.
• Analyze data related to surgical services and participate in staff recruitment and performance management.
• Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in clinical operations.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Proven experience in healthcare management or a similar role
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
