Summary:
As a Branch Coordinator II, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely parts pricing for both shop and field estimates, while consistently providing exceptional customer service. You will drive profitability and revenue growth for internal and external clients by leveraging resources to research parts, pricing, and availability. In addition, you will support parts procurement, manage inventory, and fulfill orders, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience and optimizing operational efficiency. Additionally, you will serve as a backup to the Branch Coordinator I and Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

- Receive and process orders through multiple channels, including phone, text, counter, and email.
- Quote parts for service orders.
- Research and create orders using internal inventory and external resources as needed.
- Assist in managing and controlling parts inventory, ensuring items are stocked appropriately.
- Ship and receive incoming and outgoing orders with a minimum of 99% accuracy.
- Replenish company vans, review requests, and fill orders as required.
- Build hose assemblies using in-house tools.
- Ensure warehouse and counter areas are well-organized, clean, and properly stocked.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, emailing, and order creation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- ASEC duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in parts or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Industry experience is highly desirable, especially in front or back-counter roles (working with technicians or over-the-counter customers).
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
- Professional, neat, and clean appearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to repeatedly stoop, bend, push, pull, squat, climb, and kneel throughout the workday.
- Capable of operating computers and equipment related to the parts department.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently (assistance should be requested for lifts over 50 pounds).
- Ability to operate or drive a company vehicle, if necessary.
- Must be able to interact with colleagues and customers verbally.
- Physically and mentally capable of reading, writing, and following directions.
