JOB SUMMARY : The Exchange Visitor Program Associate assists with addressing participant and host inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction as well as program compliance. This position provides support with processing applications and documentation. The Exchange Visitor Program Associate maintains accurate participant records and databases. This position provides administrative support with orientation sessions for incoming participants. The Exchange Visitor Program Associate coordinates various aspects of exchange visitor program management to include participant screening, pre-arrival logistics, participant onboarding, on-program support, data management, site visits, and post-program services.
