ServSafe Certification is preferred.
Preference will be given to those candidates with a post high school degree.
Preference will be given to those candidates with a minimum of two (2) years full-time experience in a related hospitality setting.

- Operate dish machines using proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer.
- Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
- Remove all dishes, trays and garbage from depository racks keeping all dish and storage areas clean and organized.
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping and cleaning floors; removing trash and wiping tables and furniture in the dining hall. Other cleaning tasks may include deck brushing and wet mopping specific floor areas using such equipment as brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
- Assist with the daily functions of stock rotation and receiving.
- Remove all garbage and separate in accordance with Dining Services and Institutional recycling guidelines.
- Sort and deposit recycling.
- Breakdown boxes.
- Break down, clean and sanitize all dish machines when needed or as directed.
- Maintain department cleaning tools and other department equipment in proper working condition.
