Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Lenexa, KS
Hours: Part-Time 30-32 hours/week
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Executive Business Administrator in managing the daily operations of the office while gradually assuming greater responsibilities as part of a potential transition to a full-time position. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a thriving workplace environment.
What you’ll do:
Office Support:
- Assist in maintaining office efficiency by helping with office systems, layouts, and equipment management.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, snacks, and water to ensure a comfortable work environment for teammates.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Event Coordination Support:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Help coordinate logistics, such as catering, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
Project Assistance:
- Provide support for various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- to enhance sales skills and stay competitive in the market.
What you’ll bring:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and familiarity with office management tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Office management and event coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and facility management.
