Early Childhood Assistant Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The Early Childhood Assistant Teacher will be responsible for working with the lead teacher to implement age-appropriate curricula, foster social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom activities effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized care and attention to toddlers, ensuring their developmental needs are met.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior among students.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to support the children's learning journey.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess children's progress regularly and communicate findings with parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all children.

Requirements

• Experience in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• A willingness to learn Montessori philosophy and implement in the classroom
