Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, ensuring timely follow-ups, and guiding them through the leasing process. You will be responsible for showcasing apartments, mini-models, and vacant units, as well as preparing and reviewing lease packages, conducting lease signings, and performing move-in procedures.
You will also maintain current resident files and possess a thorough understanding of our computer system. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
