Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for hospitality professionals who have a passion for providing top quality service to our members. The applicants chosen to participate in this program must have previous experience in the country club and/or luxury hospitality industry and speak English fluently. If this describes you and you are looking for an opportunity to travel to Massachusetts or Virginia, we want to speak with you.
About the Program: Selected candidates will have the chance to work in various roles within our esteemed country clubs, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
- Hours: Participants in this program are guaranteed a minimum of 35 hours/week (although, most weeks will be closer to the 40-hour mark). Overtime (any hours over 40 worked in a pay week) may be available based on business needs and are paid at 1.5x the normal hourly rate.
- Housing: To ensure a seamless transition, we provide affordable shared housing at a cost of $100 per week. All housing costs are included and are taken directly out of your paycheck.
- Transportation: We understand the importance of a hassle-free journey. To assist in your transition, we cover the transportation costs to and from San Juan as long as you complete your 6-month obligation on good terms.

Previous experience (preferably in a country club/luxury hospitality setting) required.
