We are seeking a professional to fill the role of a Bookkeeper to develop strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced with full service accounting functions.

Requirements:
- Ensure client information is kept confidential at all times.
- Strong data entry skills with emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
- QuickBooks Online
- Drake Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledge of full accounting cycle
- Ability to work within deadlines for client work
- Ability to onboard and handle client request
- Ability to organize multiple client engagements
- Microsoft Office
Preferred but not Required:
- Drake Tax
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, Forms, Sheets, Docs, G Suite, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheets and journal entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, for financial reporting and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with GAAP and assist in payroll processing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support tax preparation as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,700.00 - $60,000.00 per year
