What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Home Health Nurse: Full-Time or Part-Time position at Sovereign Healthcare Group?
We are looking for a compassionate RN Home Health Nurse to fill a position within our growing HH setting. Applicants will be expected to learn and be proficient with current EMR, able to complete HH nursing needs, complete Admission and DC oasis, participate in on-call schedule, and operate with minimal supervision. This position is open for a Registered Nurse that can work full-time 32-40 hours per week.
