The century-old property’s structural elements have since been rescued and restored, transforming it into a blank canvas for community, celebration, and innovation.
Responsibilities:

The century-old property’s structural elements have since been rescued and restored, transforming it into a blank canvas for community, celebration, and innovation.
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests’ needs. The ideal Bartender comprehends the cocktail/beverage menus, prepares drinks as requested by our guests and serves drinks to our guests either directly or via service staff.
Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of a variety of alcoholic beverages, must retain and maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, sanitation awareness, hotel standards, and local laws.
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality bar sets, service, food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Check identification for proof of age when required.
- Respond to guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner, creating a positive outcome that will result in a memorable experience.
- Ensures prompt delivery and quality control from point of departure to arrival.
- Responsible to perform accurate POS procedures and cash/credit handling in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Attend all required department trainings and meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have hands-on food and beverage knowledge and a comprehensive, working knowledge of the hospitality business.
- Must possess strong knowledge of mixology, beverage garnishes and overall beverage service to include liquor, beer, and wine knowledge.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly developed customer service skills; possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Serve Safe certified | Unexpired TIPs required.
