Sower Investment Partners is looking for a motivated Private Equity Intern to join our team for a Summer Internship. As a Private Equity Intern at Sower, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced and dynamic field of private equity. You will work closely with members of our team to support various aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the intricacies of private equity investing and develop key skills that are highly sought after in the finance industry.

OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING :
- Learn and execute meaningful work engagements within Sower
- Experience hands on project work through the asset lifecycle
- Work with analysts, associates and managing directors to execute tasks such as :
o Underwriting and Financial Modeling
o Overarching Business FP&A Practices & Reporting
o Track activity within private equity funds and real estate funds
o Assist in due diligence of investment opportunities
o Prepare asset plans for existing investments
Assist with special projects as directed by managementParticipate in meetings and calls with company management teams and external advisorsCollaborate with colleagues across different departments on ad-hoc projects and initiativesAssists in the preparation of materials and investment memos for internal and external stakeholdersOther duties as assignedSUCCESS MEASURED BY :
