Responsibilities

Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

 

  • Assist the Manager in the development and implementation of written policies, procedures, and department goals for Reserve Parking, Limousine Parking & Employee Parking-AVI Operations
  • Maintain proper management of all customer accounts in the collection, reconciliation, and reporting of all transactions
  • As first point of contact, provide favorable and quality customer service to Reserve Parking, Employee Parking & Limousine Parking customers
  • Ensure all department activity is updated timely and accurately posted to the Parking Revenue Control
  • System, maintaining department confidentiality of sensitive customer Information.
  • Respond timely to all customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, intercoms, face-to-face, fax and messages in a courteous and friendly manner while providing Positively Outrageous Service (POS)
  • Prepare accurate and timely departmental monthly reports
  • Review and track approval letters prepared by
  • Reserve Parking Administrators and Coordinator
  • Maintain inventory of adequate office supplies.
  • Monitor and verify transponder device inventory
  • Oversee completion of New Account and
  • Transponder Transactions daily mailing including Transfer Account Transactions
  • Supervise and manage all AVI & Employee Parking personnel in departmental efficiency and accountability, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service to all.
  • Responsible for Annual Reserve parking membership renewal AMUF processes
  • Monitor, track, and maintain all Employee Parking Permit Account AVI Transponder activities (including Airport Concessionaires, Air Lines & Other Agencies).
  • Attend operational meetings required by General
  • Manager and AGM of Customer Operations

 

Qualifications

Salary Range:  $43,000/yr

Education/Experience - Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.

License Requirement - The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
